Thanks but I already tried to subscribe there with address :
commons-user-subscribe [at] jakarta.apache.org
The notification said "<commons-user-subscribe [at] jakarta.apache.org>:
This mailing list has moved to user at commons.apache.org."

Now I posted a mail to user-subscribe [at] commons.apache.org and seems that
this address is ok.

Yes, Commons recently graduated to a Top Level Project.
Some resources have already moved, while others still
point to the old values within Jakarta. We apologize
for the inconveniences.
